My journey to becoming a therapist began in a moment of my own fear. When my child experienced their first mental health challenge, I felt tossed by a sudden storm. While I was grateful to find help for my child, as a parent, I felt lost at sea—searching for a steady hand to hold while I navigated the waves.

I went back to school to become that steady hand for others. I built this practice to be the sanctuary I wish I had found—bridging the gap between 'clinical expert' and 'fellow human' so you feel truly seen.
